#BlogChallenge Day 16

Going Green with the Grizls

Prompt:  Fitness Guru or Couch Potato?  Share your fitness habits!

Ok well right now I'm finishing up a 30 Day Fitness Challenge.  I can definitely say I'm not a couch potato. I love to run and used to run 6 miles  a day, however, I have not yet worked back up to that after my last little was born.  I'm closer to the 2 mile a day mark right now.

We eat healthy here, not much junk food makes it into our bodies so that helps a lot.  I also don't get to sit still much at all.  With 8 kids sitting and resting just doesn't get done!

  1. I am not and have never been a runner. I'll do a brisk walk for 2 miles at most.

  2. I like healthy foods but exercise...not me. Good for you. Keep up the good work!
