Today's writing prompt for the Summer Blog Challenge is "why are you doing this challenge". For me, I decided to join this challenge to do just that. To challenge me to post things that I wouldn't normally think of posting! Pretty simple, I want to not just keep doing my "daily" posts but to make sure and keep things interesting and fun around here!

This sounds like a really great way to keep things interesting on your blog. I know I can personally get so wrapped up with what deadlines I have and what things need to be published and when that I can forget all about checking in with personal stories or anecdotes, and those are really important.
