Trilight Health Review

Did you know that gluten can even make it's way into your medicines?  Yeap that's right it can.  I was thrilled to find these natural herbal formulas that are gluten free and don't have all the nasty things in them that most modern medicine does.  Trilight Health has a wide variety of things for any illness or prevention you can think of.  I was lucky and received the Mastitix and Lung Tonic to review.  I have been even luckier in that I haven't had to use the Mastitix yet, but as I'm expecting again and will be breastfeeding that little one as well maybe I will someday.  The good news is I have it if I need it!

Mastitix was created by Shonda Parker(a great herbalist who also teaches courses).  This can be taken for mastitis, clogged ducts, or other breast infections.  You will also want to drink plenty of water as well as get lots of rest.  Make sure to nurse on the affected side as much as possible.

The lung tonic is great.  We've recently had a bought of the respiratory flu here in our house and this stuff has helped us to get over it in a very fast amount of time and with little of the awful discomfort we normally have.

I love that the lung tonic can be taken by all in our family just by varying the dosage.  It is also safe to use while pregnant.  As you can see above it states that it can be taken in the early months of pregnancy to help support the digestive system as well.

Wait that's not all!  Stay tuned and as part of my Holiday Gift Guide you can enter to win an 8 ounce bottle of your choice of  Trilight Health products!  Enter the giveaway HERE.

  2. It slipped my mind all together that medications could have gluten in them. Gluten is bad for a lot of us. Course the aborted fetal tissue and toxins in the flu shot is worse I think. Thankfully there are some gluten free and healthy options. Thanks for sharing.
