Schylling Toys -Wooden Train Set Review

My kids love playing with toy trains and train tracks.  I prefer they have wooden ones though as we're more of an anti plastic household, though they do still have a few plastic tracks.  That being said, you can imagine our excitement when we got to review the Classic Figure 8 Train Set by Brio from Schillying Toys!!

Patrick opened the box.

Fionna wanted to help.

Getting into the train.

The box showing all 22 pieces.

Fionna was very proud she got to help take the plastic off the pieces.

The classic figure 8 track and accessories.

The wooden train.

The kids loved the intersection.

Christmas trees!

The station.

Playing!
As you can tell, my kids loved playing with the train set and have hours of enjoyment ahead of them!  This train is wonderful and we love that we can buy other kits that will work with it and expand the tracks for more hours of play.

  1. I really like this wooden train set. My older grandson has other trains sets but I like this one for the younger kids. Its easier for them to handle. Being wooden makes it harder for it to be broken if thrown by the child. Cute little Fionna got to help out to : )

  3. Love to play with toy trains when I was a child. I also used to putting strings at the front of the motorless ones.
