Tropical Traditions Review and Giveaway!

I got a chance to review this wonderful coconut oil from Tropical Traditions!  I loved it!
Virgin Coconut Oil, Gold Label - 1 quart

I have used coconut oil before(I'll post some of the recipes on here so you can see them), and have really enjoyed it, but this coconut oil has a wonderful flavor and blends well into recipes.

Here is a great little video to watch about the wonders of Coconut Oil:

I have to say that this is by far the best coconut oil that I have used.  My husband did not complain when he ate stuff made with this oil because he couldn't taste the coconut flavor!  He is not a coconut fan. . . . at all. . . ok even that is an understatement!

Have you used coconut oil before?  Have you heard how wonderful it is for you?  It is very good for you and your health!

Here is a great link for you to use to find out how to use coconut oil:  How to Use Coconut Oil
You will find some recipes there and Tropical Traditions also has a recipe section where you can find lots of great recipes using coconut oil that are also Gluten Free!  These guys are a great resource for those of us that want to eat healthy and maintain our gluten free diet!

Oh, one more link to show you:  What is Virgin Coconut Oil?  This is a great read if you like to know what you're putting in your body and how it gets from start to finish!

Now, for the best news!!!  Tropical Traditions has agreed to let me offer up for giveaway One Quart of coconut oil to one lucky reader!  Isn't this great?!  I'm sure that you will love it as much as I do so I am so excited to let you in on this great deal!
