Jolly Time Popcorn Review

My kids love popcorn.  I really like popcorn too.  My husband refuses to eat it because he hates getting kernels stuck in his teeth(yes we think he's a bit wimpy).  We were all very excited to get to try out the new 100 calorie packs from Jolly Time Popcorn.

We don't personally own a microwave so these journeyed with us to my parents one time when she was watching the kids so I could go grocery shopping.  I popped up a bag of kettle corn for myself as I have always loved kettle corn and took it with me to eat in the van.  I immediately knew that I had made a mistake in leaving the bags there for my mom to pop for the kids.  I didn't want to share any of this awesome popcorn!

the three boxes in their box

kettle corn

butter flavored

blast o butter-- movie style

and of course the super cute paper trimmings
From what the kids told me afterwards they liked the Blast O Butter the best, followed by the Kettle Corn and then the Butter.  I did not try the two butter flavors, but the Kettle Corn was very good.

The bags were not as small as I thought they would be for a 100 calorie bag.  The popcorn was enough to fill me up and make a great snack for the kids.  We give this a good recommendation and if we had a microwave we would be buying more of it!

For anyone who is wondering, these are gluten free!

  1. Great popcorn review! Popcorn is one "classic" treat (especially great during a movie) that I don't think I'll ever tire of. :)
