When I first heard about Smartpack Gummy Vitamins I thought it sounded like a great idea. I personally had never tried gummy vitamins before but my children loved theirs. They have been taking gummy vitamins for a few years now.
We received a box with a 30 day supply of the adult multipack vitamins. In each box is 30 pouches, in each pouch are 5 vitamins. Those five are the calcium, multivitamin, omega 3's, energy(we all need this don't we), and vitamin D3. A thing to note is that the omega 3 does contain some tuna so if you are allergic to fish you won't want to take these vitamins.
I tried them all. None of them struck me as something I would not eat or like. I would say my least favorite was the energy. I wasn't crazy about the tea flavoring. My favorite would have to be the strawberry one. I'm a sucker for strawberry!
