Rudi's Gluten Free Giveaway Summer BBQ Kit! #rudisglutenfree #giveaway

Do you remember summer fun camping with your family?  Or possibly all those yummy summer barbecues?  What about cookouts!?  This is so much fun and things like this "normal" people take for granted, but not kids with Celiac disease or gluten intolerance.  They can't just go out and have a cookout with their friends without a lot of planning.

This giveaway is for those kids.  The kids that aren't quite normal no matter how hard we try.  The kids who can't eat gluten or wheat or whatever allergy your child has.  Enter to win the summer BBQ package(valued at $100) below but also check out Rudi's Gluten Free Facebook page and enter to win in their Happy Camper Facebook Contest.

Readers are encouraged to submit their own 200 word essay for the contest.  10 lucky children(ages 8-17) will win a fun filled week long gluten free camping experience.  This will be a huge blessing for the families of these children I believe and I think it is wonderful that Rudi's is doing this!  Winners will be announced on June 10th.  The first 250 entries will also win a Happy Camper water bottle.

If you didn't know May is Celiac Awareness Month.  Take time to pay attention if you have a child who has a friend with allergies.  Think about the things they miss out on and how you can include them in your child's fun!  Rudi's has also recently reintroduced their new and improved breads that are softer and fluffier than ever!  They come in white, multigrain, and cinnamon raisin!

  1. a favorite summer memory was going out to Snow Pond each summer for a carefree few weeks at camp-we jumped off the float, swam, had nightly BBQ's and made new friends. (this was a private camp, not a summer camp, we had friends who lived on the lake who would invite us out)
