Amazing Love -Review
Amazing Love by Mae Nunn
Description(from Amazon.com):
Texas beauty Claire Savage learned a hard lesson the day her father left to pursue his selfish dreams. Trust no one. Now in possession of an MBA, and the owner of her own business, she felt in control. A woman like her had no use for church newcomer and former rocker Luke Dawson. What kind of a man had nothing better to do than produce music for her church's youth band? The kind of man she needed to keep an eye on.
She never expected Luke's noble spirit to soothe her, yet could even his gentle touch curb her mistrust when his past resurfaced to threaten them both?
My thoughts: I really like this book. Claire is such a self assured person on the outside but really inside she's so unsure its the complete opposite. And Luke Dawson, well he is such a great all around guy with a lurking past that he wants no one to know. But for each other they risk letting their deepest secrets known to the world. Sigh, what's not to like?

ReplyDeleteThis sounds like a terrific read! I'll have to check it out :) Thanks!
ReplyDeleteSounds like a great book! It's already eating at me to know whether his rock'n'roll past influenced him to seek the solace of the church and who isn't interested in the skeletons in the closet?
