Turkey Pasta Casserole with a Tomato Alfredo Sauce

Ok so this title is really long I know, but I decided to create a recipe and wasn't sure what to call it.  We were given a 10 pound turkey the other day and I've been coming up with lots of ways to use it in recipes to make it stretch as long as I can.  This is one of those creations.

You will need:
4 cups cubed turkey
3 cups coined carrots
2 cups chopped celery
1 package brown rice penne pasta
1 batch tomato alfredo sauce or you can use one jar of the Classico tomato alfredo

First, cook up the pasta until just slightly underdone.  I placed my carrots and celery in with the pasta so that they all boiled together for the last 5 minutes of boiling time.  Strain the pasta and veggies.  Place all of this into a 9 by 13 casserole dish and slowly drizzle the tomato alfredo over the casserole.  I also added just a little bit of almondmilk to help it stay moist and not dry the meat out.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and enjoy.  We loved this and it got rave reviews from all the kids!  Will definitely be making again!
